Lifetime Licenses and Annual Support

We offer different types of Lifetime Licenses, depending on the time of purchase.
​Lifetime Licenses may not be available at all times. Their availability is subject to change and may be limited to specific periods.

Below is a clarification of what each license includes.

Current Lifetime Licenses (Starter & Enterprise)

  1. The one-time payment covers software updates for the lifetime of the product.

  2. Technical support is included for the first year only.

  3. After the first year, support can be renewed annually through the existing subscription already visible in your account, named Annual Support for Lifetime License.

  4. Renewal is optional. Without renewal, you still receive updates but new support requests are not accepted.

  5. To ensure continuous support, Renewal Support must be purchased before the previous period expires. If there are gaps, the missed period must be covered based on the current support fee before reactivation.

  6. After the included first year, no further support is provided unless Renewal Support is purchased.

Previous Lifetime Licenses (Personal, Business, Professional)

  1. These licenses were sold before the introduction of Starter and Enterprise.

  2. They include both updates and technical support for the lifetime of the product.

  3. They are no longer available for purchase.
