Lifetime Licenses and Annual Support

We offer different types of Lifetime Licenses depending on the purchase date.
Lifetime Licenses may not be available at all times. Their availability is subject to change and may be limited to specific periods.

Below is a clarification of what each license includes.

Dynamic Content for Elementor, Dynamic Shortcodes, Dynamic Toolbox for Bricks: Current Lifetime Licenses (Starter & Enterprise)

  1. The one-time payment covers software updates for the lifetime of the product.

  2. Technical support is included for the first year only.

  3. After the first year, support can be renewed annually through the existing subscription already visible in your account, named Annual Support for Lifetime License.

  4. Renewal is optional. Without renewal, you still receive updates but new support requests are not accepted.

  5. To ensure continuous support, Renewal Support must be purchased before the previous period expires. If there are gaps, the missed period must be covered based on the current support fee before reactivation.

  6. After the included first year, no further support is provided unless Renewal Support is purchased.

  1. These licenses were sold before the introduction of Starter and Enterprise.

  2. They include both updates and technical support for the lifetime of the product.

  3. They are no longer available for purchase.

Novamira Pro Lifetime License (Agency)

  1. The one-time payment covers software updates for the lifetime of the product.

  2. Technical support is included for the lifetime of the product, with no renewal required.

  3. There are no recurring fees of any kind: both updates and technical support are covered indefinitely by the original one-time payment.
